Arielen's Private Grind
Suite Zero, Marrfield Way Serving Fortune City since 1997

Welcome to my private grind - I'm Arielen, the proprietess.
Please excuse the construction, but having more carefully read (or should I say, 'read at all') both the
Fortune City Faq and the
Content Guidelines,
I've gotten rid of my second flat (used to be #9 on Stone Temple Mews), and
ditched the idea of a full-service selling and buying Bookstore at this location.
Per the Content Guidelines,
that kind of commercial usage would be, to quote Monty Python, Right Out.
A virtual coffee-shop, however, with nothing for sale and lots of personal venting
and ranting, fits perfectly in the whole
Fortune City scheme.
There'll still be a small stage for folks who want to present their own writings,
and a book for visitors to write their reviews.
And I'm still planning a loft for writing and reading groups, and a lounge for
folks who just want to sit around and chat.

Of course, all that CGI is going to have to be hosted from
ElseWhere, and will have to be written by
SomeOne.
Not only that, but talking with some folks who are
In The Know I've had to put all of this on
hold until I get some legal work done to make sure that I don't catch
Serious Personal Heat for the various postings made by various passers-by.
So, it'll be a Little Bit before all of this gets going again.
In the meantime, I'm still planning on posting reviews here, focusing on books
and movies that me and 'the staff' have actually read or watched. We won't
hesitate to tell you if a book or movie sucked, or if it rocked hard.
Arielen, 06/11.

If you've got a couple minutes and would like to chat in a more lesurely environment, stop by my new condo at
DataWave.
But I'm warning you now - the construction mess there is even worse than the mess here :-)
Another great place to visit is Fortune City,
they're the excellent folks that gave me this web space!
